Unpacking robotic cell Confidential
Customer demand was to automate unpacking process of small glass bottles. A Staubli robot takes care of the process by picking bottles line by line and place them on a conveyor which brings the bottles to a silk screen printing machine.
Thanks to a vision system and specific tools, our robot can also re orientate larger bottles present on the entry conveyor. This extra job allows to optimize bottle placement and thus increase productivity of the skill screen machine.
