A door strike producer wants to check the visual quality of the chrome plating of its parts. 11 cameras allow this machine to check the surface quality of all sides of the parts, at a rate of 2 parts/second. Defective parts are automatically rejected.
The use of 11 cameras is combined with an image treatment software, including AI capabilities. This software does not only control and pilots the machine, but also allows a full production control. Altogether, we reach a constant and exceptional quality level.
