Packbot
The PACKBOT cell is designed for product packaging, i.e. picking up products (vials, jars, bottles, etc.) from a conveyor and packing them in a container (cardboard trays - with or without dividers -, plastics, crates, etc.). PACKBOT is generally installed in the cold-end and decoration sectors (after decoration machines: silk-screen printing, pad printing, etc.).
This packaging operation is made possible by a combination of robotics and cutting-edge vision, enabling products arriving on a conveyor to be detected one after the other, picked up and inserted into trays. Our cells adapt perfectly to different glass colors.
