Inspection and sorting of bearing rollers
Qualified by leading bearing manufacturers in the aerospace sector, this machine provides NDT (Non Destructive Testing) quality control of bearing rollers at a rate of 6 seconds/piece.
An initial inspection is carried out by 8 cameras, which check the surface condition of the rollers, with a detection accuracy of 3 microns. Valid rolls are then subjected to eddy current and dimensional checks, and sorted by dimensional category.
