The UNPACKBOT cell is the "sister" of the PACKBOT cell, and is used for unpacking products. Placed close to the infeed conveyor of the decorating machine, the robot cell unpack the products (vials, jars, bottles, etc.) contained in trays (cardboard or thermoformed plastic) and place them on the infeed conveyor of the decorating machine, perfectly spaced apart. Here too, the robot is guided by a high-performance vision system to detect products and optimize gripping speed and precision, whatever the shape or color of your products. The UNPACKBOT cell is usually used in the decoration sector, to automatically feed screen printing and pad printing machines, .... Often equipped with a single robot, it can handle up to 70 products per minute
