This machine is qualified by renowned bearing rollers producers within the aerospace industry to assume NDT (Non Destructive Testing) quality check at a rate of 1 part every 6 seconds.
A first control is made by no less than 8 cameras, that detects shock, scratches, knock,..on the faces and diameters of the rollers. Precision is 3 microns. The valid rollers go then through a second control unit, where Eddy Current control and dimensional controls are made. Finally the machine automatically sorts the bearing rollers per dimension category.
