Automation and Robotics Specialist (M/F)
Missions :
Working in our design office, you will be responsible for the complete automation and robotics of the various industrial machines we produce, including :
Design and development :
– Writing the functional analysis
– Drafting the list (IO)
– Robot simulation
– Choice of automation and robotics components
– PLC, HMI and robot program development (process and safety)
Implementation and validation :
– Testing (IO) and commissioning
– Program testing and validation (process and safety)
– Customer validation (FAT) and on-site commissioning (SAT)
– Drafting of documentation, including operator manuals
– Operator and maintenance technician training
– Technical assistance, troubleshooting and after-sales service
Skills required
– Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming software such as Tia Portal, SoMachine/MachineExpert, Automation Studio
– Knowledge of robot programming software (ABB, Fanuc, Staübli, etc.)
– Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams (Eplan, Fluiddraw, etc.)
Personal qualities and experience :
– Autonomous, meticulous and highly organized
– Team spirit
– You have a good knowledge of English
– Several years’ experience in a similar position is required
