Traditional installations

On roofs
An ideal orientation with a medium incline of 35 ° gives a correct output.
Any difference with this ideal position causes a reduction of output, even if this one remains correct for an installation orientated southeast-southwest and a slope between 15 ° and 50 °.

It sometimes puts a problem to lay fixed installations on existing roof without adaptation works on that roof.
It is possible to insert panels INTO the roofing and therefore substitute elements of roofing (tiles, slates) by panels but it can cause problems of waterproof quality and especially cooling.
It is also possible to place fixed installations on flat roof with the use of a framework to allow the incline of panels.
Placing panels in façade is also possible but energy output is not good.
